Hey there,

I was wondering if anyone in this community was taking Exploring the Universe. I missed the first class today because of a scheduling conflict and could not reach the professor.

Could somebody tell me the homework or whatever I missed?

he wont notice if your not there, he handed out a syllabus (sp?).

gobuy the book and do chapter 1 questions 3, 4,9, and 10 and problem 1.
there will be a quiz next friday.

we learned about the western sky right now, venus and saturn, as well as the summer triangle.

lastly we spoke about aristarchus and erathosones

its boring as hell, just buy the book, read the chapters and only go on fridays because there are 200 kids in the class and its 50 minutes long so attendence is impossible.
